This option may be suitable for participants without access to a workplace to gain log book hours, or workplaces who don’t have the resources to supervise staff while gaining log book hours. If at any time during these 3 days the assessor recognises the need for the participant to complete gap training, participants will be given their log book to gain further hours in the workplace prior to sitting the formal assessment..
Cost for this course is $600.
Training and assessment of the HIGH RISK FORKLIFT (LF) Licence is conducted on 2 separate days. Once you have completed your training day, your trainer and assessor will issue you with a log book and discuss with you the requirements of gaining nominated hours in a log book within your working environment. Once you have completed the nominated hours stated by your assessor, you can book in and attend an assessment day.
Cost for the training session is $300 and is typically conducted in one day. Cost for the assessment session is $150 and is typically conducted in one day.

All learning materials and resources are included in the stated prices. Payment is payable in advance or by Purchase Order to confirm your booking. Due to a change in workplace health and safety requirements, all high risk work licence assessments need to be confirmed with Workplace Health and Safety within 3 days of assessments being conducted.
